Immersion in leadership
21st Century Leadership is an immersion experience in leadership.
We teach leadership competencies that are not taught elsewhere and that go beyond intellectual expertise.
In this course you will decide what results you really want and make the choice to take the lead in creating them. You will learn what truly drives you and what you let get in your way. You will understand how others perceive you, take greater ownership of your life and build courage to make the changes necessary to get your desired results.
You will leave with:
10 principles that govern effective leadership
5 rules to guide your daily participation in life as a leader
more skill and confidence to make difficult communications
the most effective technique for dealing with people who do not work cooperatively with you
the secret to long-term successful relationships.
Leadership is a relationship, not an intellectual, skill. 60 to 80% of success in life is attributable not to IQ but to strong emotional skills. This program is specifically designed to strengthen your emotional competencies.
Over the long term it is impossible for your relationship with another to work any better than your relationship with yourself. In this course you create a significantly healthier relationship with yourself. You discover how to lead an even more meaningful and happier life.
You learn to be more compassionate with yourself and others. As you become less self-critical and perfectionistic, your focus shifts from the problem to the solution.
Essential to leadership are refined communication skills. This program trains you well in the skills of public as well as interpersonal communication. You learn how better to give and receive feedback.
The Pursuit of Excellence is not a prerequisite to 21st Century Leadership.
